Cancellation Policy – One Way Call Taxi®

At One Way Call Taxi®, we understand that plans can change. To ensure a smooth experience for our customers and drivers, we have outlined our cancellation policy as follows:

1. Free Cancellation Customers can cancel their booking without any charges if done at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time.

  • Refunds for pre-paid trips will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.

    • 2. Late Cancellation

  • Cancellations made less than 12 hours but more than 3 hours before the pickup time will incur a flat cancellation fee of ₹300.
  • This fee helps compensate drivers who have already allocated time for your ride.

    • 3. Very Late / No-Show Cancellation

  • Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup, or if the customer does not show up, will incur 500Rs or driver travelled fuel expences as a cancellation charge.
  • This policy ensures fairness to drivers who have committed to your route.

    • 4. How to Cancel

  • Bookings can be cancelled directly call one way taxi customer support: Call 94999 22073

    • 5. Refund Process

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
